Today, information technologies offer significant conveniences across many areas—from education and healthcare to the economy and everyday life. In this context, participants are expected to design innovative projects based on digitalization that improve people's lives. The ultimate goal is to develop sustainable models that deliver social benefits by harnessing the power of technology.

SAMPLE MODEL

Education Level: Bachelor’s / Free
Theme: Century of Türkiye in Digitalization
Social Model Title: Digital Support Centre (DSC)

Unique Value: The DSC model aims to improve individuals' access to digital knowledge in order to simplify their daily lives. It offers training and guidance services for those who struggle to adapt to digitalization due to a lack of technological skills. The model particularly focuses on closing the digital divide in rural areas.

Model Methodology: DSCs will be established in every province, where individuals will receive training on using digital devices, accessing e-Government services, and basic IT skills. Online platforms will also offer video lessons, guidance services, and troubleshooting support. The centres will be equipped with AI-powered bots to provide 24/7 assistance.

Model Feasibility: DSC can be implemented through collaboration among local governments, universities, and IT companies. It can be carried out at low cost by utilizing existing facilities such as cultural centres and public education buildings.

Widespread Impact: The model raises the level of digital literacy across society, improves access to public services, and accelerates economic development through enhanced digital skills. As a result, Türkiye moves closer to becoming a leader in digital transformation.
