Persons serving as preliminary jury members for Sosyalfest 2025 must promptly inform the Model Design Competitions Organizing Committee and cease evaluation if they detect any violation of the general conditions, special conditions, or ethical rules in the model designs they review.
No person serving as a preliminary or final jury member shall have any conflict of interest or competing interest with any participant or team member of the model design competitions. Conflicts of interest or competing interests may arise within the following interactions:
a. Being a thesis student/advisor,
b. Having co-authored academic publications within the last three years,
c. Working in or being assigned to the same academic program,
d. Providing opinions or participating in the preparation of the health model design,
e. Being a party to past legal disputes or conflicts,
f. Being related by blood up to the third degree.
Jury members serving in preliminary or final evaluations must treat all information related to the model designs they review as confidential and act accordingly. Such information must never be disclosed to third parties, and behaviors that may facilitate such disclosure must be avoided. Jury members must record their evaluation opinions regarding the model designs in the electronic evaluation system and prepare to provide information if required during the objection process.
