4. Social Model Design Competition on Socio-Cultural Cooperation in the Turkic World
The aim of this competition is to design social models that will enhance socio-cultural cooperation within the Turkic World. Participants are expected to develop social models aligned with this goal.
The Turkic World, with its shared language, culture, and historical ties, is a region endowed with a rich heritage. By strengthening these cultural commonalities, it can cultivate a more cohesive and resilient social fabric. In this context, participants are expected to propose innovative social models that foster social and cultural interaction among Turkic States. These models may include cultural events, festivals, exhibitions, art initiatives, and platforms that merge traditional and contemporary cultures. Additionally, social support projects, volunteer activities, community solidarity initiatives, and educational programs may form key components of such models. The overarching goal is to reinforce socio-cultural cooperation within the Turkic World, enabling its peoples to better understand one another and cultivate a shared sense of cultural identity.

Eligibility: Open to all citizens of the Member States of the Organization of Turkic States who are 18 years of age or older.

Social Model Title: Turkic World Cultural Connections Network
Unique Value: This project seeks to strengthen the cultural heritage and social bonds among the peoples of the Turkic World, fostering mutual understanding. Through cultural events, and projects in the arts and literature, a robust socio-cultural network is established among participating communities.
Model Methodology: Cultural festivals, exhibitions, and traditional arts days are organized across Turkic States. Joint cultural content is shared through digital platforms, and collaboration among artists and cultural figures is actively promoted.
Model Feasibility: The project can be implemented through cultural organizations and state-supported initiatives, in cooperation with local governments and non-governmental organizations.
Widespread Impact: Cultural cooperation among the peoples of the Turkic World will be enhanced, social ties will be strengthened, and mutual understanding and tolerance will become more widespread. This will contribute to regional stability and cultural enrichment.
