2. Turkic World Scientific Cooperation – Social Model Design Competition
The objective of this competition is to design social models that will enhance scientific cooperation within the Turkic World. Participants are expected to develop social models that serve this purpose.
The Turkic World, with its shared cultural and historical heritage, possesses significant potential and can play a more influential role on the global stage through scientific and technological collaboration. In this context, participants are expected to design social models that will strengthen the scientific infrastructure of the Turkic States and promote effective cooperation between academic and research institutions. This may include proposals such as joint research projects, inter-university knowledge and experience exchange, improved access to scientific information, and support mechanisms for young researchers. Furthermore, projects that utilize digital platforms, conferences, seminars, and online training to enhance communication and scientific collaboration will also be of key importance. The ultimate goal is to develop social models that advance scientific cooperation in the Turkic World and contribute to its global impact.

Eligibility: Open to all citizens of the Member States of the Organization of Turkic States who are 18 years of age or older.

Social Model Title: Joint Scientific Research and Innovation Network
Unique Value: This project aims to bring together scientists and institutions from across the Turkic World to develop joint research and innovation initiatives. Inspired by the shared cultural heritage of Turkic nations, the model promotes scientific advancement and facilitates cross-border knowledge exchange.
Model Methodology: Through a digital platform, scientists will collaborate on joint projects and share their research findings. Regional scientific conferences and joint laboratories will be established, and support programs for young researchers will be provided to nurture emerging talent.
Model Feasibility: The project can be realized through the cooperation of academic institutions, scientific associations, and governmental support within Turkic States.
